There are two important things to keep in mind:
1. Regularly vacuum your sofa and take your pillows out to ventilate. 2. If something falls down or falls on the sofa, clean the fabric immediately by wiping. The faster the better.
Therefore, as a basic treatment, we recommend regular vacuuming and ventilation. Some fabrics can also be washed with water according to the washing instructions. It mainly means wiping with a damp towel. Water may have a light soap solution.
We are often asked about fabric that is washable. As many times as this means a fabric that should be washed on a home machine.
We recommend dry cleaning for all fabrics. Why? There are many reasons:
1. The sofa covers are so big that their wet weight often exceeds the maximum number of kilos in the home machine
2. Fabrics contain natural fibers that shrink
3. The cover goes so much on a small machine that it's smooth to get smooth
4. Zippers and velcro straps do not shrink in the wash. when the top shrinks, the Velcro or zipper may cause wrinkles on the fabric
5. Wash fabrics locally with water and use soap to clean, for example, stain. You can also wipe the fabric with a damp cloth
Always remove stains immediately. Choose the right care and cleaning method for different materials.
Always treat the stain area in the stain removal process. Test your fabric behavior first. detergent to the invisible place of the product.
Try to remove the solid stains by gently scrubbing, for example, with a nail.
You can contact our dealer. Our products have removable covers on the seat and back cushions, so they are easy to renew. The frame cover is either loose or hard-lined. Upholstery is easy to renew by ordering new uppers. The price of the upholstery is 50% of the price of the new sofa. If the couch is equipped with a hard coat, the sofa is transported to the factory for repair. The cost of upholstery is 70% of the price of a new sofa.
When replacing the covers, it is also good to check the condition of the seat and back cushions and, if necessary, renew them. With these measures, you get a new look on your sofa.
We recommend that you avoid placing the product directly in the sunlight or the heater. The sun fades in particular to natural materials, whereby the fabric may sometimes become a different color.
In our opinion, the less you treat the leather, the better it will be. The best treatment for the leather is its cleansing with a damp towel and a regular vacuum cleaning.
The leather is taken care with a damp, clean cloth by wiping and, if necessary, ventilating and vacuuming.
Leather is a natural material, so be carefull when taking care of it. You can try to remove stains with a mild soapy water or a sponge, but never rub the leather.
Avoid excessive moisture when cleaning the leather.
Avoid solvents, abrasives and strongly alkaline or acidic detergents.
Raw hides are of European origin. They are better in quality and larger in size. In addition, we can more easily verify the origin of the hide. In addition, it is important for us that the leather comes from a well treated cow because it also has a significant effect on the quality of the leather hide.
The leathers themselves come to us from Italy and Denmark. Our main partners are Mastrotto Group in Italy and Sorensen Leather in Denmark.
Pillows and cushions soften and shape up in use for added comfort. In order to maintain the shape of the cushions, they are good to fluff every week. Also change the seat and back cushion positions to ensure even wear.
When you move the sofas and chairs, be sure to always lift them from the bottom of the frame. Avoid pushing the couch along the floor as it may cause scratches on the floor.
Yes you can. The leg height varies slightly and limits the number of leg options. We do not recommend changing the height of the leg because every cent significantly affects the comfort of the seat. However, if you feel that the sofa leg could be higher, we advise you to test your at home for a suitable change.
You are best tested for leg height by adding, for example, pile blocks (plywood slats, books ...) under each leg. It is best to put the same rate underneath every leg. We recommend trying one cent at a time. With the desired height, we can best tell which legs are possible.
Is not. We do not use the word warranty, but we are responsible for the quality of our work 100%.
